Over 50 years ago more than one hundred people died on the habitat orbiting Malibu Colony, until now nobody knew why. Now an anonymous group has cracked the inner colony censorship on The Last Transmissions from Wayfarer Station.
There are no survivors, there are no happy endings.
Last Transmissions from Wayfarer Station is not a typical tabletop rpg, it has more in common with a creative writing prompt or a solo journaling game. The overarching themes of despair, hope and cynicism are here for you to explore. No characters survive this game. The game assumes no happy endings. The best your characters can do is to stave off the end and buy more time for their loved ones. You will spend time generating a character, getting to know about their past and their relationships, and then you will discover through play how they died trying to save their doomed habitat. Every time you play the clock ticks down to destruction, and you will follow a new character to their eventual demise. Love them, hate them, rage against their fate, but honor their last transmissions.
